Has anyone got a spare maf / loan of one for 1/2hr. for my00 uk turbo. (dodgy looking one - not the coloured label one). i dont want to buy another new one, then find out its something else.(This one is only 3 months old). ticking over at 8/850 but after a minute it drops to about 200 and feels like its going to cut out, have to keep my foot on the accelerator/

Ive fitted an new maf last month so i dont think it could be that. The car pulls hard (nae hesitation) its only on tickover.

Everythings fine when engine is cold. Runs perfect when driving. The problem is - after a run, when im cooling the car down. After a minute the the revs drop and it feels like its going to cut out, have to keep my foot on the revs. Anyone know what it could be? Plugs? coil pack/leads, idle control valve blocked or is it something more sinister? Any help would be much appreciated.

Everythings all fixed. turned out somehow the black/yellow cable was broken. ive run a cable from the battery (with fuse) straight to connector. Cheers Im in mayfield. Cars got wr1 bumper
