i would go, i have been on one before a few years ago, they wouldnt let us see the wrc cars cause atkinson smashed his up and was in bits so not aloud to see it. i even took a piccy of a gearbox only to be told off lol. nice carbon fibre astons as well were very nice

hello mate its an sti engine with the red top, has wr1 brembos and discs, wr1 wheels, apexi power fc, hks full system and filter

apart from under the bonnet are there vin plates any where else so i can double check the model code

right i bought my impreza this week and love it will post some pics up soon. its running a apexi power fc and was dyno'd at 323 bhp 312 ftlb torque atf, is this ok for a non forged engine, and what sort of power will it be safe at till my turbos runs flat out or pistons give up. another quick one how can you tell an sti from a wrx?? stupid now i have bought my car but he ho. vin number on mot sheet is gc8-016607 thanks again adam

going to look an imoreza tomorrow and its a 1994 sti l reg but has been upgraded to brembo front and rear calipers. the calipers are from a wr1 i have been told. how much are pads for the brembos or what are good pads to get thanks

Hi there just signed up and hope to hang around for a while like i do on other forums car related i am giving up motorcross in a few weeks time and will be getting back to 4 wheels and another japanese performance car. i am called adam 31 years old and based in oxfordshire, a few of my friends have had subarus and one had a 22b for a while as well. i tried to be different when getting cars and i have had 2 mitsubishi evo 5's in white and had one featured in jap performance magazine a couple of years back, also had a mk4 supra uk spec and 6 speed, and a nissan pulsar and a suzuki swift gti mk2 prior to those so i am not a complete novice to the scene but dont have much knowledge of the impreza world really. so soon i will have around 3 to 3.5k to spend on my car and will mod over time to a good spec but want this car to be based on handling and about 350bhp and 350 ftlb torque as high figures are not my thing but good handling is. looking around with my budget i have lots of version 3 sti's (sti is what i am after as its a better engine correct me if i wrong) or a version 2. a few have had high miles but good spec or lower miles with standard specs. one thing i dont know is how to tell the models apart from a wrx as i dont want to buy a dressed up wrx as a sti. so i guess i am after some help really and a push in the right direction. thanks for any help adam bell
