About SkydiveMacca

  1. Very happy with it.. Except the fuel bill! I really love the seats. I'm new to Scoobies, but even with a bit of research, it seems there's not too many of them about
  2. Only owned the scooby a couple of weeks, but have finally had the chance to give it a bit of a clean and take some photos. Lots of plans ahead, mainly tweeks to prepare it better for track use, but what do you all think so far?
  3. I've been waving at every scoob i've seen since owning one, but only ever seem to get glaring stares back. Perhaps it's the just people of Peterborough. I'd drive further a field, but not sure i can afford the fuel! Are there a lot of purists in the scooby world who look down on those who mod? I have a couple of mods on mine, and the cars i've waved at didn't.
  4. I fitted a Forge atmospheric DV last night and it both looks and sounds fantastic. On the negative side, it's made the rest of my engine bay look even worse than it did. Damn!
  5. I always do! What's better? Other than everything...
  6. I've always used windolene and newspaper for my glass, but may have to give some of that a go, looks really good.
  7. Hi all, The sccob i now own and love appears to have a Tek 3 remap on the paperwork. Can't seem to see a lot about it on google (not that makes much sense anyway), so can anyone here shed a bit more light on it? Is it a good map compared to others? Are there better out there? What kind of power should it be seeing?
  8. Looks really nice! What kind of rear spoiler is that? Also, what did you use on the glass?
  9. Got a beautiful Forge one arriving tomorrow. Lovely sound, and as I understand it, is beneficial to dump the boost charge out in to the atmos, rather than back into the system.
  10. Hey Adam, i'm new too! Took me a while to find my scoob, but there seemed to be lots out there, so just look through the usual suspects
  11. Wow, lots of replies, and yet on scobbynet, not one! I think i'll spend more of my time here, much friendlier Need to give the car a quick once over (again, bloody volcanic ash and living on a building site - new build house) with a bucket and sponge, then will post up some pics. Loving the Prodrive Sparcos though. Best seats i've ever owned!
  12. I was about to say the same thing!
