  5. Hi all, I used to be a member back in 2011-2012 but became inactive as never had chances to come online with work, however after being persuaded by Ed (KAD16V) I have returned and will be making the effort. He even badgered me into the event next month. However here is me..... I am Matt, am 27 and drive a UK Bugeye WRX in mica blue, before this I had a UK 2000. The bugeye has the uprated STi interior and since I have had her she has a Nur Spec-R exhaust, sports cat, STi intercooler, morette headlights, hi-rise spoiler, STi scoop and other bits. I am getting her professionally valeted in a week so will upload some pictures then :-)

  18. Cheers for the help - a few pointers in there that are appreciated I think my semi-sensible head will be going on and be a UK model - as seen a bug one that I like - and will give me some extra pennies to be putting the mod's on which I like - thus making it my own scoobi
  19. Hiya all, Have posted a 'newbie' thread up in the Kent Section but would appreciate any comments or recommendations that people have. I currently own a megane 1.9 DCi which I do love because of all the gadgets and the fuel economy but after riding in a Scoobi thinking its time to upgrade and move on because I want a car which I can drive rather than feel that I am sitting down and enjoying the view. I have been down to SVA imports near Dover (a Jap import place) and driven a very nice 2 door type-R but after ringing several insurance companies the cheapest is £2400, altho still got to ring Sky insurance. This is considering I am 24, with 6 years driving and NCB but having one endorsement for my front windows being 2-3% over the limit !! Would be interested on peoples opinions as a friend is on here and owns a very nice example of a Turbo 2000. Not sure whether to pay the extra and get the Jap import as people say the engines are more reliable and aluminium panels or to save on the insurance and go English?? If I go english then Classic or Bug-Eyed ?? So opinions and suggestions please

Anyway also a member of www.project-carz.com which is more of a friend car website for people in Ashford/Folkestone area but this seems to be a very good, informative and in-depth website on the Scoob so hopefully I will find a nice one and be a part of a friendly forum
