The place I got the wrong ones from have just rung me and these ^^^^^^ones are on back order It shouldn`t be this difficult just to fit a double din stereo

Yep I hate `yellow` lights.

Well, got round to fitting them today and what a b1tch of a job. Wasn`t so bad getting the lights out far enough to access the bulbs but getting the lights back into position was a mission Don`t know why the manual says that the grill needs removing though At least it`s done now

I bought a pair of brackets but they`re completely the wrong type :-( These are the ones I need......can anyone help?

I`ve just `bumped` into a guy up the road from me who services Scoobys and does engine rebuilds etc. and he`s just told me that he doesn`t think PPP ECU`s can be unlocked, so to get a remap I may need an ECU????? He`s given me the number for a guy up in Preston who works on the rally Scooby`s so I need to give him a ring and see what he says.

"Only" about £400 too

Weeeeeeell, I`ve more or less decided not to go for a DSLR and get a `superzoom` instead, which as some will know is between a compact (point and shoot) and a DSLR. I`m just thinking it would be wasted on me and after borrowing my mate`s....they`re sooooooo bulky So, watch this space

I love it Nicest / quickest car I`ve owned (and I`ve owned a fair few lol). I`ll love it even more when I eventually get it mapped and get more than 16mpg

I`ve received a very detailed email from a guy at Scoobyclinic, so I think I`ll let them loose on it. They only a couple of hours from me ;-) It`s gonna cost me £550 + VAT though

This is getting mind boggling now I`ve been told that many different things by different people who do mapping etc. that I just don`t know where to go or what to have done. The last thing I want to do is take it to get sorted and end up f*****g it up Maybe I should just live with it????? You`re right I do have a sport cat, not sure about the decat though. I haven`t really looked. I`ve ordered a panel filter btw ;-)

My girlfriend found these guys http://www.silverstoneautosport.co.uk/home.html and they`re only 9 miles away from me I gave them a quick ring about the stereo brackets I need and also had a chat about my overfuelling and boost problem. Basically I was told I don`t necessarily need a remap. The overfuelling can be sorted a couple of ways....one way is to fit a fuel regulator, but it can be `tweaked` to fuel correctly. I also mentioned that the car wasn`t boosting high enough (1.3 bar at the mo). I was told by someone else that he`d map it to 1.5 but these guys said that 1.5 on a standard engine would wreck it. I`d be better off reducing the boost so that it holds it longer and doesn`t drop off so quickly. The `overboosting` could also be causing the fuelling problem too!! I`m picking my brackets up on Friday and I`ll have a proper chat then and see what my options are

OMG. Just went to fit my new sidelights.......wtf? Am I missing something or do I have to access them behind the wing.......or worse, rip the front end off?

The stereo in there when i bought it wasnt standard so I dont have the brackets.

You wouldn`t like my fuel bill then. Mine`s overfuelling so I can`t even put my foot down.........well, not too much
