I missed JAE this weekend so looking forward to Japshow Finale... just hope the weather's good for once!

I live in Northampton so Santa Pod's just up the road. Been going there for years but this was my first time in the Impreza. Only managed a 13.90 but everyone seemed to be running slower than usual so hoping for better next time. Agree that launch control's not necessary, thought I'd look into it at the same time as a remap though as i believe it's easy to set up? TBH I know very little about remapping yet so gonna spend some time trawling the forum for info before making any decisions... any advice or pionters would be gratefully received.

Hi, Only had it for a couple of months so not many pics and no mods as yet... apart from the PPP upgrades and a dump valve fitted by the previous owner. I'm a total Scooby newbie, this is my first one so expect a few typical noob questions over the next few weeks/months! Not decided whether to do much to it or try to keep it fairly standard, will probably be looking for some new springs (ride height seems unusually high) and a remap + launch control setup (for Santa Pod) in the near future but not really looked into this much yet... any recommendations?
