The stanlow refinery that makes V power, is currently shutdown for an MOT as shell are preparing to sell it, or so I have been told. Rumours liek that tend to float around the ex Shell north sea platforms. Also heard that there was a pipe rupture. So who knows

Sold the evo as its just not giving me the right vibe, bit tight inside and bloody expensive for servicing. far more than a subaru I would imagine. 300 to 350 bhp is enough for me, as long as it shifts and can handle the twisty's If I bought a type r it would be purely for sunday's and I would buy a run around for everyday. It would have to be a decent type r obviously and within the right price. Paul

Been registered in here for a while now however when it came to buying a scoob I bought an Evo 5 Don't ask. My evo is hopefully sold ( viewing tomorrow) and I still want a scoob. I am torn between and sti type r ( silver or white) or a black STI 8 type uk eye. Can anyone provide any info on driveability, reliabilty, what to look for etc for these 2 types cheers Paul

Hi all, I have just sold my corolla compressor and will be in the market for a type r in the next couple of weeks when I get back from work. Wanted one for years and now is the right time. Any pointers on what I should be looking for would be great! Cheers Paul
