About taylor8

  1. Maps on the road though, had my evo mapped on the road by a 'top tuner'and it was rubbish!! so went to WP to get it sorted, just wondered if there was anyone or it was just a choice of wallace or AF
  2. Yeah lots of good info thanks peeps!! Really like the look of a WR1, but we will see, sure I will pick up somthing in the comming months
  3. I wouldny agree with you that classics look better, think them and the earlier EVO's are showing there age now! But they do feel faster!
  4. Thanks for your thoughts lads!! Had a Classic 5 years back, just a 2000Turbo but was 21 at the time, got to say I did really like it, was great fun and felt really quick and the exhaust note was lovely!!, then moved on to an EVO 8 and had that for 4 years and spent a fortune on tuning really did like that but got fed up with that and bought a E46 M3, that was a load of Pissh so here I am! Did test drive a bug eye before I sold the classic, but felt there was something missing! Suppose I gota have a drive of a few and see what i think, woulnt be using the car as a daily driver as I work offshore, just for a bit of fast road when I get home, so really at the price the a 2004 2litre STI is goin for Its maybe worth just getting one, I just dont want a bloody blue one!!!! as thats all you ever see!! Or do I buy a Type R or P1 as they do look really nice, and spend a load on tuning?????
  5. Yeah i have been looking nothing i fancy so far though, but in no hurry, so sure something will turn up!
  6. Yeah I have family just outside leeds, is prob cheaper, but its easier if its in scotland, but dont mind travelling to around that area.
  7. as title where to by one?? Looking for a hawkeye sti 2.5
  8. What mods would be required for around 400bhp??
  9. Yeah do fancy a P1 but might push the boat out for a haweye
