I'm looking to get a bike carrier for my STI7. I've seen this thread 'http://forums.sidc.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=132324' and wondered what make/model the STI bandit has for his? Or would a roof mounted rack be the much better option. Don't want a tow bar, removable or not. Just need to take the wife's and my bike to some decent places to ride, baby trailer in the boot and away we go. Any advice apreciated, or has anyone got one for sale?

Hi all, I've just joined as I'm looking to buy an '02 STI Type UK Going to look at one this weekend and hopefully if its as described I will be a scooby driver! Previous cars include BM 335d, Vec Gsi and the usual bunch of hot hatches (MK1 Golf Gti, 205 GTi 1.9, Ren 19 16v) but cant wait to have a turbo charged Scoob, wanted one for years but went down the route of leasing for a bit so never got round to buying one! Look forward to meeting some of you at track days etc
