Hi newbie to this forum!
Wanted some advise please.
I have a GB270. It had all shock absorbers changed about 4 weeks ago due to handling probs. On Sunday while driving on uneven B roads car tried to kill me. It was all over the place and you could only keep it on the road by doing 40mph or less!!!!!
Got it picked up by subaru assistance and the garage agreed that there was a prob with the steering. They struggled to find what the problem was but decided that it was a rear shocker that needed replaced.
Picked it up tonight and although it feels a little better it still feels light at the front, unhappy on rough road surfaces and feels like it has hugely reduced grip at the front end. It feels like driving my OH's old estate car big and wallowy. Completely lost its crispness. I don't feel confident that it is safe to drive and will take it back first thing tomorrow. The garage said that they THOUGHT it was ok but that I should drive it and see what I thought.
Any advice/suggestions would be gratefully received!!
