  1. Cheers guys. And they are NOT neons you git!
  2. Been out shooting some night pics tonight.
  3. Beacuase of limited photos allowed I don't know how many posts this will be over. But here goes......... Hers is my input folks, hope you like them. Just so you know, I have Hi-res files in case any one wants me to send them a file. The picture below is a high res version of Scotts car, this took 2 minutes on its own to down load to photobucket, it took just 4 minutes to download the 80 pictures below that. Which will explain the resolution of them. I will endeavour to get the high res pictures downloaded and replace the lo res ones in the next few days. I just don't have the time right now to do that. Sorry folks, bear with me and it will get done though. And now the lo res ones! Early one morning.......... some time later...........
  4. Glad you all had such a good time, it makes everything worthwhile reading comments like this, many thanks. And as for next, bigger and better again. And, we WILL stay up longer than you again! Cheers to everyone! Worzel
  5. A quick update! Jap Performance Parts won't be coming now. After the break in they had recently, they are up to their eyes in it. I have spent the afternoon trying to find a replacement and I think I have come up trumps. Nissan of Tunbridge Wells are going to bring a couple of cars over, namely their demo cars of the GTR and the new 370Z. Not a bad bit of late wheeling and dealing
  6. Just to let everyone know, we are looking to get club stands in earlier than the 12.00 midday start time. We have 130 - 150 cars on the club stands, so to give you all ample time to get in and set up, you can arrive from 11.00. Also, with regards to the camping thing. It's not vital that we know numbers of people wanting to camp over, as the field we are camping in is massive. It does have it's own toilet block with hot running water too. However, one thing we do need to know quite urgently is, does anyone want breakfast the following morning? Now, I know this was asked last year, but this year it will be done in the on-site cafe. We currently have 34 having breakfast. Please could you have this detail posted either in here or on SES by end of play Wednesday? As I need to let Bentley know the numbers. Looking forward to seeing you all this weekend. Cheers y'all. Worzel
  7. This is a sad day. When I got my first Scooby 8 years ago, the sites I first visited were Kent Scoobies and Scoobynet. Kent Scoobies was always a friendly place to come. To be honest, I don't know the politics behind a lot of whats been said so I don't want to make comments. But it's a real shame to see this community at odds with each other. Some of you guys have already come over and joined SES and everyone will be made extremely welcome over there if you wanted to visit us. Even if it's just temporary, while all of this is sorted. Don't just give up on the Scooby community guys and gals, it's not a bad community to be part of. Cheers y'all Worzel
  8. All booked in and lump paid for. Just got to get the car back to get started now. Life in the 2.5 lane, happy days
  9. It was a bugger for sure. But, on the plus side (he said trying desperately trying to find one) I have purchased a 2.5 engine to take it's place.
  10. It was an absolute hoot. Lots of beer, lots of cars, lots of laughs. Can't wait until next year.
  11. A group of us from South East Scoobies went to the ring this weekend. I managed to mash my big end 29k from the hotel, so took up the role of photographer for the weekend. I am right up against it today with work and arranging recovery of my Scooby, but thought I should get some pics up. I will do some more when I get some more time later.
  12. Not happy is an understatement! More embarrased than anything really. His lack commitment made me look a proper donut. Mate, thats a gutter you won't be there.
  13. I did Steve, but I was going on what the F**kwit of a landlord promised me. We were supposed to have music through the night and breakfast served in the morning. I will never set foot in that ****ing hole ever again! Which is why we moved to a new venue. They open for a normal Sunday trading the day after we are there and the caterers start at 7.00am anyway. All in hand PROPERLY this time.
  14. Cheers for the sticky mate! Just to re-iterate about the camping. It is properly organised this year. Toilets provided and importantly Breakfast in the on site cafe on the Sunday guaranteed
  15. The date is set, a new and much improved venue has been found and we are looking to a bigger and better Japbash than ever before. All of the details to date are listed in the promotional flyer below, but we are expecting other attractions to be added in updates as the time gets closer. One item to be confirmed to us is the possibility of a fairly special one car on show for the day. Namely a 27 litre Spitfire Merlin Engine powered sports car! Areas will be set aside for clubs bringing more than 20 cars to arrange their own Stand Area. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in September. If possible, could someone please make this a sticky?

  20. Hi Guys Things are moving and changing daily at the moment on this! Dave has offered another option for the day. If there is enough interest, Dave will be fitting "Whiteline" Rear Anti Roll Bars, while doing the Geo set ups. For those who are on the list of Geo set up, if you haven't already had this mod done, I would seriously recommend it. If you are interested, please add next to your name on the Geo thread the following details including your car details, please see example below: 1: Worzel - Whiteline R .A .R .B. - 2004 STi8 So, the day will now consist of the following: Geo Set Up - Whiteline Rear ARB (TBC) - Dents - Paint - Wheel Refurb Plus of course, the open day at Jap Performace Parts (which is where the wheel refurb and paint guys will be based) where you can check out all of Saj's new stock and his new and much bigger building. Should be a great day.
