hello guys. am having an overboosting issue wid my scoob since i bought it. its overboosting to 1.5 + bar n boost is not smooth. wat cud have gone wrong? how cud i test the actuator on the turbo? i have included soe pics thx

just got my scooby. it has a respray done to it. previous owner says its a wrx. its a uk car. wats the difference bet the uk 2000 turbo and a wrx? how wud i no which one i have???
