  1. It's so long I'm still trying to find the back of it mate! If no one is out and about tonight then I guess I'll have to wait until Sunday!
  2. Bloody hell mate, you only just got in??? Dirty stopout! Glad you had a goodun!
  3. Naah, checked. I'll probably have 20 copies arrive in the night at some point!
  4. Bugger!!! Looks like the email doesn't want to arrive either! Thanks for the heads-up though!

  7. Happy Birthday mate! Have a good one tonight!
  8. That's a shame mate but not to worry. I'm planning to hook up the camera to the car so I'll be putting together a vid for all those who can't make it. Hope you have a good weekend despite feeling the pinch! The weather should be good at least!
  9. Do I recognise these pics from ISN? Tidy looking IS... nearly got one over the scoob. Glad I didn't in the end though!
  10. Fantastic! Proper chuffed my worries turned out to be unfounded... looks like he's got a REALLY nice scoob on his hands! I'll keep my eyes peeled for her!
  11. At least you'll be able to use your pension to get more mods soon enough though mate! As I said, there's going to be no excessive speed mate, just a nice leisurely run... and maybe the odd three point turn or four when I loose my bearings! Don't want to jinx it but it's looking as though the weather won't be bad either! Bonus!
  12. Good you have her back mate, I've found that after a big service it seems almost like I've had to rediscover the car... takes a while to get used to I guess! I would imagine the pads just need some time to bed properly but as you know, Cotswolds are a cracking bunch so if you've any worries at all, I'm sure they'll not have any problem with you giving them a tinkle! Odd about the decat having lost some burble since being refitted though. Sure she still sounds awesome though mate!
  13. £30 mate
  14. See, what you need for that stealth look is a friendly Oxon RO to swap his sport bonnet for your scooped one... THEN with the fmic, you'll have a real sleeper on your hands!
  15. The new film's due out next year I think... can't wait!!!! Not sure who loves the first one more, me or my son!
  16. There may be an expletive or four crept in, can't say I noticed! Can't beat a bit of DJ Shadow! Incedentally, O2 have used pt 2 of that track in their adverts for years now... I wonder if they've ever heard this bit of it!
  17. Hi guys, Now I've had a bit more time to get the footage together, there's the latest vid of the big man showing up a few of the Evos at Santa Pod last weekend: Big 'D' – Santa Pod Video Enjoy!
  18. I think they're use to it round here mate, especially along the B4425, any time I've been down there they pull over to the side of the road to let you pass!
  19. Nope, not as yet, I wanted to see how it went first as we can't risk going overboard with the number of cars. Good thinking though!
  20. 73.5 miles round trip - Kidlington to Kidlington but as we're not all going back there, it'll most likely work out less!
  21. Yes mate, a nice quiet run, nothing too rawkus!
  22. As promised: April mini-meet I'm sure there will be an opportunity to take in that slip road you love so much as well Matty!
  23. Hi guys, I was thinking that since we're not having an 'official meet' this month that, by way of recompense and as a good way of getting to know a few of the new members we now have, we could have a mini meet/drive out taking in a few of the awesome roads that are on offer around here... We will be meeting at the usual spot - The Harvester in Kidlington at 11:30am and then rather than stopping for something to eat, we will be traveling in convoy through the lanes along past Finstock to Leafield where, for anyone who hasn't been lucky enough to go down there before, there's a fantastic single track road running up along the edge of Wychwood. From there we'll be taking the B4437 down into Burford with is a REALLY fun bit of road! From there we will take the B4425 - a real favourite with bikers as it's a nice twisty road but with plenty of visibility! We'll be following that down to Bibury and stop there for a chance for everyone get some photos of the cars etc... nothing too set in stone, just a chance to take stock, catch up and maybe grab a drink etc From here on is the return leg where we'll head up past Cirencester and work our way up the twisties along the A436 back towards the A40 and onwards to Oxford where we can all make our way to where we need to be. This will be a fantastic run and takes in some of the best roads that Oxfordshire and The Cotswolds have to offer BUT because we can't go upsetting the locals and drawing any negative attention towards the club, I'm going to have to limit this one to an absolute maximum of 10 cars on a first come, first served basis so get your names down!!! Link to route on Google Maps This is not a race and I will call things off if anyone starts playing silly buggers (not that you lot will do I'm sure) but as I said, it should make for a really enjoyable drive and a great opportunity to make the most out of the cars we have! Cheers, Stu Names on the list please! 01. Stu 02. 03. 04. 05. 06. 07. 08. 09. 10.
