LOL no need to take the piss but i never got the single seater arch but i did import from japan a mitsubishi evo 4 just had its sva last week me not out to prove anything , just out for a laugh its better than going to hot hatch days with all the neds . anyway at forrest burn i remember being just 2 hundredths of a second of the pace in my boggo standard scoob with 30 quid kwik fit remoulds against some stripped out race cars with alot more horse power and slicks even at doune my split times were just as quick as cars with alot more horse power and again i was running a boggo standard scoob not stripped out , standard brakes , pishy standard suspension , standard boost etc etc etc and it was my first time after all , its not all about massive horse power its how big your balls are just look at the boy in the old escort rs2000 he pissed all over our times even beating yourself by 2 seconds a run and myself by 3 secs on the road scoobs would piss all over him but on track he had the bigger balls ive also got to drive car to and from events so a bit of restraint is called for also ran last year with a ****ed up rear brake on rear drivers side wheel it used to lock up all the time on light braking , i thought i done ok last year considering my car was standard and only cost 1800 notes catch you a kames Don

try the boys at maplins you can use a thingy resistor cant remember what you call them ,they are useually surrounded in a ceramic case as they do get hot , techys in maplins should be able to give you right value

v power = ok tesco 99 = better tesco 99 and proboost = good tesco 99 and proboost and methanol = very very good runs ok on v power but tends to knock slightly once you get intercooler very warm the polar chip seems very aggressive to me but thats what i like - lots of power and torque cheers shocker meant to say its hi-soobs old car i got so ask him what he thought of chip as it was in the car when he had it and car still going strong so they must be ok

i beleive it does not matter what ratio diff you run as it will just change the ratio of split from front to back say standard is 60 - 40 and you put a different diff in front you might get 50- 50 or 70- 30 or thats what ive been told as my red one ran more split to front, its all a dccd does after all and you can do it manually by fitting dofferent ratios to each end , ideally you want same as standard unless my reading up on transmissions is wrong

Hi stuart forgot you were going up or i would have said hello , i was paxing in spacemans sti along with his stiffy not good news about your car , but you sure you have not been drinking that methanol rather than putting it in your car lol i pour mine into smaller bottles so i can keep car topped up all the time , filled about 30 in shed one night with door shut was gaga on fumes for about 3 hours spaceman came round just after and i could hardly talk to him had to have some vodka just to counter act methanol , what a headache i had next day though cheers shocker

Hi broke down in newcastle on sat due to fuel pump failure , mechanic even opened up tank to check pump he told me he had to double check as car owners where faking breakdowns and getting vehicles towed home from long distances to save money told him he must be joking but he said it was no laughing matter as more and more people are being tight fisted gits and trying to save money when traveling home from holidays etc turned out my bottom pump rubber had fell off and pump had been rattling about for weeks ,new pump fitted and running ok what kind of people are that desperate nowadays to save a few quid and fake a breakdown cheers evil evo

i have run at about 3 percent and it does make a difference , was told never to run more than 10 percent unless mapped as meth weakens out the mixture so anymore and i would get a remap

Hi cal andy f says he sets warning light at 60 , told me if you see over 50 you should worry , mine used to run from 4 to 35 max on normal fuel , and 4 to 25 max on super i found tesco 99 to be best , all cars normally run different due to engine noise ,old worn parts give a higher average reading cheers evil
