Cheers guys - got the man today. Booked in........can't wait!

Emailed Andy over a week ago to which I've had no responce. I am just looking for a EcuTek tweak on the car, is there a better way than email? Tried the phone number off his site - no reply. I was considering driving out? Any help appreciated.....
-
Well done. Now, answer your email so I can get booked in asap

Spotted a Hawkeye Impreza - silvery/gold colour - spottlessly clean, looked like you had just treated yourself to STi rims (on the back seat) (had silver rims on the actual car) Very clean!
-
I had this on my previous STi. Never had a second look from any plod, but obviously I was lucky

I am the current owner of Scoobzie's new car. I have had it what, 9 month and put 3-4k on it, but this is the longest I have kept a car in recent years. I wanted to experiance a Impreza, I have, time to move on and grow up again (her words). So yes, I think a lot of Impreza's, Evo's etc are owned for the experiance.

Looked a great day guys - what issue should the pics be in? I'm liking the sun strip.....

For £6k I would look at a bugeye STi (but I am biased) lol I WAS considering selling up (itchy feet), really don't know now - so booked it in for a remap plus bought other goodies (APS Cold Air Induction, 3 Port Boost Solenoid, Walbro 255 etc - plus it has the Sports Cat etc)
-
No mate, car is boggin (not seen a washmit in over a week) - so giving it a quick clean, maybe a quick going over with the Porter Cable if the weather hold out!
-
Shocking, two UK300 in the same area! lol You got a wave - hope you put the lottery on mate, waves are rare I find lol!

Spotted a nice UK300 parked in Tesco Coatbridge last night, would that be Kenny or is the UK300 population growing out this way

The PPP was only fitted in 2006 according to the Prodrive certificate, but if it's safety in mind I think will change the pump - for all they are anyway. What do I want remap wise, hmmmm, better pick up before 3.5k - broader power band, more responsive and indeed a bit quicker. Obviously I am looking for a noticable difference performance wise from what it is just now - Prodrive quote circa 305ps, so would be more than happy with 330-340 (ish). I am not a 1/4 mile man, just like a nice weekend B road blast now and again I am not on a credit card budget unfortunatly (damn wife wears the breeks) - so AT THE MOMENT new turbo is a no no, however I was looking for biggest gains/drivability on a budget - hence I mentioned 3 port boost solenoid, plus why I am adding the APS CAI (which was cheap anyway). I assume this is upto the job pupm wise.... http://www.scoobyparts.com/acatalog/WALBRO_UPRATED_FUEL.html

Is it worth fitting a 3 Port Boost Solenoid? I believe from reading, it hold boost better - what do you think with my current "simple" mods and the EcuTek - worth it?
-
This states it has a High Flow Cat - Sports Cat as it's known as. http://www.prodrive.com/up/02MY%20STi%20PPP.pdf No mention of the pump, but various searches state it had to have the pump with the PPP map. Strange how it's mentioned in the MY03 though. http://www.prodrive.com/up/03MY%20STi%20PPP.pdf I'm going to email Prodrive/Subaru.....

Hello..... Looking for a bit of advice. I am booked in for the Group Buy Remap with Andy Forrest - looking for input/ideas on my mods. Car: MY02 WRX STi PPP Present Mods: TSL Firestorm, Deresonated Centre, NGK PRF7B Plugs, Green Panel Filter with Intake Silencer delete. I have just bought a APS Cold Air Induction kit too which I will fit prior to the "big day" As my car has the PPP fitted, I understand it has the Prodrive Sports Cat and uprated fuel pump (maybe someone can confirm?) - are these suitable with the EcuTek - or would I gain BHP/Torque by changing? Finally, bearing in mind I mentioned what my car has fitted and what I am fitting - is there anything else I should add before remap day that would make a difference. Thanks for reading. Charlie

When is this being planned for? I am interested, but looking for guidelines if it would be worth my while. I have a 2002 STi with the PPP fitted so circa 305 as is. So it has the Sports Cat fitted - which are supposidly pretty free flowing. I have fitted a deresonated centre and TSL back box, Green panel filter and PFR7B plugs. Will there be much of a noticable gain with relative mild mods mentioned.

Must be something in the rain - I too have N/S rear knock from my STi
-
This the WRX mate? Passed one today parked up on Hall Craig Street just down from Jade Palace. Also passed a dark blue classic Stirling Street - waver
