Just realised i joined up to this forum a month ago and never introduced myself.
My name is graeme and i drive a legacy gt really wanted an impreza turbo but due to being paraplegic i need an auto ,so i bought this one without doing an HPI only to find out it had been cat D bugger. Teach me to never trust a seller and not buy a car in the pouring rain, due to the fact that the paint job looks like a rougthcaster has preped it and a colourblind painter has painted it
It stayed standard for a few months then i fitted an apex back box to replace the pea shooter that was on it. Then an HSK chav valve and detangoed it and rebuilt all the brakes, though still not happy with them pedal is way to spongy so next is braided lines or a four pot upgrade. The car was running fine untill a few days ago when it felt sluggish on the primary turbo so i removed the boost solenoids, cleaned them and replaced the rubber lines with silicone now i get a check light and no boost will hunt that problem tommorow if the weather stays dry. Hope to get along to some meats and track days when the car is running right.
