Hi David Terri here- Thank you so much for your comments / tips / feedback, this is very helpful and the sort of things we need to know in order to improve. This is still all new to me so I am really just learning as I go so any feedback/tips etc are all welcome and there is no such thing as bad feed back as it all helps. You have opened our eyes in regard to alot of things you just dont notice when you have worked on it constantly for days... So big thank you to all and can I ask for further feedback when I update from the current bunch? As for UKSTT we are looking into why we are not on the list as we are a member. Ross, I've used them and they're rubbish. Spent a minute explaining the alarm valet feature and then listened for the next 30 mins as the alarm went off! IMO, they don't do a decent job either - although considering the time spent on each car it would be difficult to. I do mine myself now, and I do it properly (and it's a damn lot cheaper!). I 3rd that guy's they are SH!TE and an arm and a leg too, they even managed to put my mats in upside down and backwards DERRR
