Road charging cant work, because the technology isnt there to achieve it, GPS systems can be tampered with, so can the system of bouncing a signal off of the road etc, the road pricing is only a trial. The only way of doing it is is to put the TAX on fuel, which is exactly what they are doing now, it's the only way it can be done
