Yeah it's the pc, it's about 4 years old but we need to format the hard drive. But before that happens Terri needs to get rid of all her itunes off first, and take a lot of unused programmes off. It takes that time to load everything up i guess. I just bought a new tower system from pc world and it's sooo fast it's great
