  6. 2005 Blob 27000miles, jumps out of first when doing a quick move off... When I dial in more than 3500rpm and dump the clutch the car moves forward then jumps out of gear.... Not that I do this often, but was messing about one day to see what the optimum take off revs are, turns out between 3500-4000rpm Did it today as the roads are wet to see what it did and it kept jumping out Thing is the clutch feels fine and the gearbox feels brand new and nice and tight... Under normal hard acceleration in first from a junction it's fine... just when i dial in revs... Anyone know if this is normal for a scoob? or is this going to lead to more problems and should I get this looked at Thanks in advance Scott

  8. Seen this before but cheers for posting as it's good to refresh your mind... they really are sneeky Would much prefer to see on the job police work i.e. traffic cops pulling people anf educating rather that taking a photo and sending a fine... It does not stop, tail gaters etc

  10. I agree - I grew up in the sticks and learned how to drive on the tricky stuff when the snow was way worse..... We live in Arbroath and travel to Aberdeen everyday, we normally take our A3 TDI, however we ahve been running the scoob and its been ace.... running PZero Neros, Breaks are good as well, it's all about stopping before you need to and putting the power down as smoothly as possible. Frankly I think its been the best car in snow I have had
