  3. Car goes on sale this weekend £4750, after a full valet and some new pictures.
  4. It pains me to say this but, just gauging interest on my car, which might be up for sale shortly due to buying my first house. This is a reluctant sale and I am in no rush to sell this car. I know how good it is and how well maintained it is. Anything which needed doing has been done. 5. Many thanks for all your help, i have checked the wiring and it looks as if one of the cables is a bit chewed. Can someone point me in the right direction for a new Speed converter/De-limiter? Many thanks
  6. Yeah if you can please, that would be a great help. Many thanks. paul.thompson@medway.gov.uk
  7. Thats correct my car is My98 (Sept 98 - August 99) It does have the original KMPH dial face with the K blanked out. I will have a look at the wiring. It might just be a loose connection? I will have a look. Failing that i will but a new de-limiter/speed coverter and get that fitted.
  8. Many thanks, yeah its lovely to drive. I really do love this car.
  9. The dials go up to 160MPH, When i have my Sat Nav installed the speed is about 8 or 9 mph out.
  10. Hi guys, I have owned me Subaru for a few years now and am very happy with it. The car has been converted to MPH, but the car still seems to be limited to the standard 112MPH. I have taken my car to performance engineering and they said I already have a delimiter and converter in place. Has anyone got any ideas why the car is still limited? Is the converter/delimiter faulty? Any help will be much appreciated. Many thanks
  11. Just want to say how nice it is to have a trustworthy, and friendly service. Many thanks Dean for sorting my Subaru out. I would recommend Dean to anyone not just Subaru owners. If you need your car sorted out Dean is your man. Many thanks Dean. Below is his website http://www.larkins-autoservices.com/ A pic of my car:
  12. I think your right, it is slightly more £245 for the year, but not sure if this will be increased to the massive £400 odd for the year. Not sure how it works.
  13. Thanks for your comments, i feel more pulled to the version 8 for a more refined and comfortable drive. So i will think about it for a month or so then go from there. Would you say the Version 8 is better to live with being a bit more refined? Has anyone got any pictures of there version 8 Scoobies? This would help me decide. Thanks again guys.
  14. Hi, i have a bit of a dilemma. Hope someone can advise. I currently have a My98 WRX Type RA WRC 555 LTD edition Subaru. It’s done almost 86K with part service history. It does drive lovely but i have a bit of money to spend and I don’t know whether to sell up and get a version 8 Subaru or modify and improve my current car? I know that because of the age of my current Subaru it has some small car dings, which are really annoying, and I think will need a new clutch, and radiator shortly. Can anyone help? I have some pictures of my current car below Many thanks, all opinions welcome.
