  1. Hello I'm organising another run with the Pistonheads guys on the 25th of September. There will be a start point in Cambridge and possibly Norwich. From there we'll go cross country to meet at High Lodge in Thetford Forest for lunch. There will be another drive after lunch finishing at the Elvedon Estates Cafe. More details will be posted at http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=121&t=1040038&mid=63821&nmt=Late+Summer+Run+%234++25th+September soon. Everybody welcome Mark
  2. Hello I doubt you'll get more than 27mpg. 30 mpg is possible if you drive like a granny. Also the PPP is mapped for super unleaded. So to get your 208bhp you'll need to fill it with the good stuff http://www.prodrive.com/up/99MY%20Forester%20PPP.pdf
  3. First ask the engine builder if it needs running in and what would they recommend for that period. After it has been run in, change the oil and use a good fully synthetic oil. The 10w40 Gulf Competition seems to be a good price http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-60120-gulf-competition-10w-40-racing-engine-oil-10w40.aspx

  15. Hello I'm organising a drive to Aldeburgh with Pistonheads on Sunday April 10th to sample the lovely fish'n'chips and some great roads along the way. It's a while away but I thought you might want to stick the date in your calenders. Start points are in Cambridge, Thetford and Stowmarket. We had about 100 cars last year and it would be nice to see some more scoobs.
