  8. Cheers Derek, yes lights are much better than standard ,but lets be honest, a candle blowing in the wind would be better than standard !!!!!

  10. Just had my car serviced by our in house subaru guru Cusco Kid, work done by Geo and ably assissted by his son Kevin ( give us a twirl Kev !!) was, timing belt change, new rollers ( tensioners were fine ), engine flushed through then new ( cheaper ) oil run through, then filled with Valvoline Racing VR1 semi synthetic oil+filter, Gearbox oil changed and Teflon addative added, which made a significant improvement from having a notchy gear change to a lot smoother change, would recommend to anyone, also had the brake fluid changed and new anti- freeze as well. Next on the list of things to do is rear diff oil change, new Whiteline adjustable top mounts, rear anti-roll bar and other rear suspension goodies , was going to go for lowering springs but Geo persuaded me to leave the ride height as it is ( its a classic sti )and go for the suspension mods ( trust his judgement ), all in all i'm a happy bunny, my thanks to George & Kev and my apologies on behalf of my fan cowl unit which decide to bite Georges hand!!!!!
