Agree with mosst that it seems a bit harsh to fine you straight off, most cases I've heard of they have always given the option to remove first before taking any further action. When I picked up the scoob about 2 weeks ago it had all of the windows tinted but I removed the front window tints the next day since I didn't fancy being stopped, plus the passenger side was a bit worse for wear around the top edge. What a nightmare removing the adhesive that had been used to stick them on though!
