  1. Hi There; Can i stick 225/40 on my 18" wheels? How do the slimmer tyres feel? Thanks
  2. Hi there, thanks for the replies. Hypertech fitted the Coilovers. I have the Prodrive 18" wheels with 235/40 tyres. Mudflaps arn't a prob as i took them off and moved the bracket onto the next hole. Arches are rubbing on just shy of full lock, and when blasting back roads, a dip will catch the arches or going fast round roundabouts :-( Don't know the actual height but i can get my fingers (just) in between tyre and arch? I would raise the coilovers myself but not confident lol. I emailed hypertech and awaiting reply.
  3. Hi There; Posted on the Tech part but thought I would try here Just had BC-Racing coilovers fitted to my STI (2005 model) and boy does the car handle amazing now One problem, tyres are rubbing the Inner arch plastic I think it's only on full lock but I need to take mudflaps off just to check it's not them that are rubbing when cornering hard. I have already raised them a little. If the noise is still there with mudflaps off then its the arches so i have two choices, raise car or try and sort the arches. Does anyone have any idea of the best way to stop the rubbing, such as heating the plastic or shaving it? I'm not sure It would be fine if the shape of the plastic inner arch didn't jutt out in a funny shape. Hope someone can help Thanks in advance Peter, Ayrshire
  4. Almost there lol. I have the dual timer. I need to know where to connect the vacum pipe for the boost? Thanks anyway for that good link. I will keep looking. If you see it somewhere give us a post. The manual just states connect vacum pipe behind throttle body lol, dont want to mess around without knowing correct pipe. thanks again pete
  5. Could it be the small grey pipe that comes from the centre of the engine below intercooler and runs into turbo, out of turbo, is joined in middle and the runs towards air box, then round and back into engine somewhere????? Im a pain but im so stook lol [:|]
  6. howdy, The T-Bar provided by blitz is very small, for a thin pipe!? Would you happen to know which pipe? Or know someone that has done an install? Would be very greatfuly. Thanks Pete
  7. yeah i know, absolute lazyness to be honest. can't bare to look at home computer after working with them all day lol.
  8. Thanks for the welcome. Hopefully someone will have done this install lol?!! Cheers
  9. Hi there, This is my first post, I have just bought new Subaru Sti PPP. 54 Plate. I am installing the above Turbo Timer but I can't for the life of me find the pipe that I am supposed to connect the Vacum pipe to. It is supposidly located around the throttle body but none of the pipes look thin enough. Does anyone have any pics or help? Nanaki is going to help me with the install! I think thats how you spell his online username lol. Thanks in advance Pete[:'(]
