Hi mate, your best bet is to plug in the two black plugs under the steering wheel,looking up from the pedals. Turn on ur ignition and the CEL light should do a series of flashes,(long ones,short ones)if you get a list of the fault codes these flashes will tell you the stored fault. Brian.

Why would not filling the oil filter before fitting to car cause hesitation?

Get someone to put car (not running) in 4th gear with brake on and use long socket bar to slacken pulley bolt.

Yeah mate thats correct. Even 2 cut down 17mm Bolts with washers an nuts would also do the job if you dont have the springs.

Looks fine mate both clamps dont need to touch as long as the flanges secure ok.

Yeah on knockhill racing my dad in his EVO 8,He is running approx 350bhp an i was keeping up but would never have passed, My car only been in country 7 months and should be standard 260bhp, I have fitted down pipe and indution kit,HKS bov,Zero sports have been at it at some point in its life due to intercooler splitter and various other components including sticker which used to be on the boot lid (prob doesnt mean anything)

I have reached roughly 130mph? Does this mean my car may already be chipped?

Does the speed limiter only limit you to around 115mph?

Thought the speed limiter was removed when imported? Is it still ok to run the car on V-POWER? Sorry for all the questions but car my pride and joy and dont want to knacker it. Cheers.
