Thats if the West end still exists........... .....I think the end of the world is nigh as there is this bright orange thing in the sky at the moment that appears to be generating some kind of heat and all around it the sky has turned a blue colour. Im scared - what could it be?. lol

You could still look privately couldn't you?, your landlady doesn't deserve people in her property if she wont look after them and maintain it.

Would it not be better to cut your loses and find a better landlord/lady, we use Countrywide and any problems we have are sorted........sometimes it may take a while but they eventually sort it.

To be honest I need prepare myself mentally for giving up and to concentrate on the reasons for doing so.... ......sounds daft but it did help me go without ciggies for 2.5 months before (until I got pizzed and started again). I will do it.

Day 1 of giving up smoking is being set for Monday 23rd.....there are several reasons for the date being changed. Main reason is that I woke up this morning and sat outside with a coffee and without thinking lit a ciggie.
