Well I missed this as Sam was watching Britain's next top model floozy - mind you with models flashing their thongs and walking around half naked I was quite happy to sit there myself.

I went 2.5 months off the ciggies but got piddled one night and ended up smoking again - I was absolutely gutted as I had done so well.
