  1. Sounds just like me
  2. When we hand over our cars to Garages that are well known to SIDC/ Scooby owners, the garages must be aware that they will be under the view of all the members and forum readers. To most of us our cars are the pride and joy of our lives, which some of you love more than wives or children, and when choosing a garage to carry out any works on our behalf, we expect the garages to carry out the work with the same amount of care as we would ourselves. After all we are paying for care as well as the work being done properly. However some times things do go wrong and as we have read lately, this has happened. Rightfully the company in question has been able to make a statement. It's this statement that worries me. For a company that has carried out so much work, over the years, I'm very conserned that it is not the companies policy to bend over backwards to maintain is track record. But instead it tries to defend it's mistake and put forward it's proven record. Prehaps we can have a copy of this company's CUSTOMER CARE POLICY posted up. Hay a mistake has been made, put it right and show some customer care and try to rescue your present position .
  3. Thats a CRUSHER jobby TWS
  4. If you buy new ones they will be Pink. Go to somewhere like Lateral Performance and they can be matched as a set. Ie the spray patten is matched and balanced so they all work the same.
  5. Have to agree with you TWS. Looks like a real nuts and bolts rebuild.......... is now needed I know I would be
  6. I see, so they only work one hour a DAY Hence needing to keep the car for three days, unless the boss needed a car to get home.
  7. So how many hours did they charge you for.
  8. Was hoping to co-drive yours
  9. How much an hour do Xtreme charge Granby?
  10. Your car should be set up nicely for this Granby PS How many cars can one person take as you can only drive one at a time, Scoobie, Metro, Caterham, should prove fun
  11. Sounds like the type of customer care I want to get and hope I give. and the web is Clive www.?????????? http://www.rogerclarkmotorsport.co.uk/
  12. They must have just looked at it for 2 Days because it should have only taken a day at most OOOOOWwww thoses bolts are to dirty for my spanners.
  13. Now your talking Trevor
  14. You are just so fussy Ian. So the odd bolt is missing or not done up tight, it's only your life and anybody else you might HIT At your age you should know that the all person who does a job 110% is you. If you don't do bolts yourself then be around and watch. I can't understand wot you're on about, I thought you drove a London Bus, I bet they have a few bolts missing. But on a more serious note Xtreme did not impress me when I payed them a visit with a view to them fitting my ppp springs. So I done it myself. I did have a box of bits left over so I chucked them in the dustbin, is that a funny noise I hear? Lucky you had Deano around
