  1. I'd say go for the version 5/6, that's what I did. However, as I did that, I have a mid-level spoiler in Mica blue that has been sat in my attic for 10 months...
  2. If a miracle happens-Ferrari 430 Scuderia If I came into a reasonable of money one day-Audi RS4 With my current dosh-Evo 6
  3. Go to the technical section mate. Big D is bound to help!
  4. I'm thinking about that too mate, by the sounds of things I may have the same wheels too, but mine are 17s. (check my gallery). There is a place near taunton (Creech St Micheal) which I guess is a couple hours drive from you, called 'Auto Gleam'where I was thinking of going, can't give a recommendation though as I don't know of anyone who's been there. http://www.autogleam-valeting.co.uk/ Click the 'smart repair' on the left of the homepage
  5. I've heard the best reports about enginetuner, I'm taking mine there soon for a re-map.
  6. Your best bet is to message Sigma Sam (Ian) on the pinned 'Sigma Sam' section in technical.
  7. Do you have a keypad in the glovebox? I'm confused, so you just unlock the car with the key? Meaning there's no alarm, or the alarm has been disabled?
  8. No way would I do that! I took my missus' clio through a safari park and the buggers ripped the roof rack rubbers off!!
  9. It's not scooby ownership mate, you've been unlucky, and yes, at times people will pick on a nice looking car to f*** up. A mate of mine had a Celica GT4 (round head light shape) and that was hit 3 times whilst he owned it, just in car parks! Chin up mate!
  10. No worries mate, glad to help! Was easy for me as I had instructions with it!
  11. Haha! Sorry! I bought the car with the mid-level spoiler on, but just had to have an sti5 or sti6 one on there asap! Cost me £300 though!!
  12. Yeah, don't know how to describe them...um...like tiny skis with a tube in the middle...?? You push the tube bit up into the holes in the spoiler, with the long 'ski' bits facing lengthways down the car, so that they poke out from the bottom section of the spoiler, tape down these protruding bits with masking tape. Then eye up and just nip up the screws in the existing holes at either side of the bootlid, then making sure the skis are held down well with the tape, lift the spoiler back off again. The guides should stay taped down on the bootlid, if not, the pipe bits are slightly large and are staying in the spoiler holes, which means you'll have to sand them down a bit and try again. When it's worked and the guides are now taped to the bootlid, drill down through the pipe bit with a 3mm drill, then remove the guides and re-drill the holes with a 6mm. Then bolt down your spoiler! **You WILL need 2 mates to help you line it all up and maybe hold down the guides when you lift the spoiler off, it's IMPOSSIBLE on your own!! Mine turned out ok in the end, took about an hour. Good luck!!!!
  13. Yes mate, I put my sti5 spoiler on a few weeks ago, and yeah you need to drill the holes. Did you get a fitting kit with it? Guides to drill the holes through. I got my spoiler from scoobyworld, which had a fitting kit.
  14. Yes, she is HOT!!!! Well spotted scooby!
  15. But I'm guessing Connor wants power power and more power! So the exclusive thing probably doesn't matter a monkey's to him!
  16. Good luck with it then mate! If you love the colour that much why not buy a turbo then have it re-sprayed WR1 blue, buy the spoilers, scoops etc you like....but I can see you're looking forward to doing it so I'll not put a damper on it. Just hope you don't run into many problems!
  17. Hmmm, trouble is , I think most people share Chris's opinion on the hatch...
  18. Haha! Well it was too deep today, over the front bumper, but on tuesday morning I did some great drifts and donuts in the bigger main carpark! Yes I'm a child!
  19. In an engineering firm that employs 100 people, which two cars made it in, picking up strays on the way... My classic and my mate's blobeye.
  20. In my opinion mate, the model car you're looking to get is the best looking too, if it was me it would be in black! If I could have any scoob it would be a late blobeye sti PPP in black! Good luck!
