Hi & welcome to SIDC, as already stated it's well worth becoming a full member chap. I signed up not so long aggo & glad I did Have to say i've also heard of Tatsu I used to be a member for about 2yrs untill I was approached by a guy called Tim (STT) to join him in starting up our own club based in the Wiltshire & South West area. Have seen a couple of M20B's nice looking Scoob's, very nearly baught myself a couple of years aggo but went for an RX7 FD3S instead Hope to see you & the car at a meet as soon as you get it chap

Sorry guys but I can't get the time off for this or the Wroughton Classic, we are already down to minimum manning at work for both of these events. I really gutted that we can't come to the SWMS as we both really enjoyed it last year. Still nevermind there'll be other shows

Including pulling the side sill, taking off the old mangled skirts & putting the new ones on plus the new rear spoiler. All in all it was a satisfying £2,700

Knight Racer in Milton Keynes they did all the work including pulling the dent in the side sil. Top job, was chuffed to bits when I picked it up

Thought i'd open a new thread as the Scoob's finally back from Knight Racer after spending the last 4 weeks being fixed up. I had the dent in the side sil pulled, new side skirts & new boot spoiler fitted, Also have a roof spoiler but thats not fitted yet. Now its finally back in my hands with its new coat of paint, hope ya like it & her's some pic's

I finally got the car back Externally its finished (although I could do with some Gold or Black SIDC logo's), now all I have to do is sort out the interior I'll post up some piccies sometime tomorrow/Sunday for you all to see

42miles to work & back. £10 spent. £1.03Ppltr (Optimax). 9.71ltrs used. 19.66mpg. Cant complain at that

Well I got my new skirts today. They are from the Monza kit. Also my new car cover arrived for when the works complete. The new Boot & Roof spoilers should arrive tomorrow, I hope Just hope i'm not messed around with the delivery as the cars due in the bodyshop in 10days & its been 2weeks since I paid the money direct into the Companies account for the spoilers

Need some aftermarket side skirts ASAP. The car is due in at Knight Racing on the 8th of November to have all the work done. So I really need a nice set of skirts before the car goes in. Anyone know of a company that sell's skirts for the classic preferably not as deep as the ones I already have

Ahh crap its on here aswell If it hadn't have been for those damn kid's id've got away with it aswell

Well now I'm really confused I've now been told that the TD05 Turbo was standard on the STi-V1 anyway Apparently the Wagon's had the TD04 & Saloon's had the TD05 but chances are its a 16G. So now I need to know if it's been upgraded to a 20G as somethings not right. The cars way to quick off the mark to be just the standard unit. Will this 16G/20G be stamped on that plaque as I think I'll be getting the tourch out again

Well i've been wondering for sometime now if the Scoob's Turbo had been upgraded or not due to the acceleration being much quicker than standard. I thought it might have been upgraded from the standard TD04 to a TD05 but without being able to see where the plaque was on the unit I wasn't 100% sure. The plan was if I managed to find out without having to start taking things apart if it was still the standard unit then I would upgrade but that would set me back a good £500 inc' fitting. Well this morning I was able to finally spot the plaque & took a piccie with my mobie & it looks like I'll be saving myself a good few hundred quid Now all I need to figure out is do I need to upgrade the TMIC for a larger one or will it be ok with the standard Intercooler

I said REPUTABLE After looking at some of the work they did on Nick's 'SHOCK' MR2 I'm a little unsure on them Although when they re-sprayed it in gold it did look pretty good Might be worth having a chat with the people at Baileys, Do they have a web site

Need a little help. I'm looking for a good spray shop as I should be getting the car re-sprayed sometime soon. Has to be a good reputable sprayer but don't want to get burnt money wise. I'm expecting to pay around the £1,500 - £2,000 area as I'll be suprised if they can do what I want for anything less, although it would be nice to get it done for around the £1,000 - £1,500 mark . Any suggestions
