I have looked on a million modyfying sites, shops, scooby websites etc etc etc etc. I am looking for one / a variety, of 02 bugeye wagon spoilers for above and below the rear window. Would prefer a few to see some variety, but i have no clue to whats available. Any help appreciated... bongo

Right i'm interested in a bonnet scoop, and i have trawled the web for different ones including this forum for loads and loads of shops. I am looking for one to be smoothed into the bonnet rather than one painted then attatched onto the bonnet. I prefer the lower, smaller scoops (in the picture) But cannot find one to buy like this. Can anyone help by giving me a link, or if they aren't available like this to tell me etc etc. Any help appreciated... bongo

indeed i do agree with you, but perhaps i am a bit of a tit for not putin this earlier, it wasn't really windy at all!! I'm not writing off what you say as i agre that in your case it will have played the majority factor. Cheers for helping.

Although i've driven 30k+ a year for 5 years in cars and vans throughout the year all over the UK and have never experienced this even a quarter as bad! The ECU answer seems to make sence to me (like i know anything though!)... I'll see how it goes over the next few weeks. i'm getting it all tested tomorrow to see how it's running and get a better picture of it's outputs from a friends garage. John.

Ok, so... 2 Litre GX AWD... I drove 206 miles from Liverpool to Bristol, at 70 mph, Motorways all the way in quiet traffic. This cost me a full tank which was close to £35. After shitting myself (!) I refilled, and on the return, after filling £35 again, found that i arrived home with half a tank left!!! Can anyone give me any help with why this happened as i'm clueless!!! John.

Anyone have an idea how i remove the roof bars?? 52 reg sportswagon, as i can't really see any way of getting them off. admittadly it was dark when i looked into it, but couldn't really find any fixing points to get to for removal... ASAP help!!!! bongo

well, i got my exhaust fitted today. And in true novice style, i have no idea what it is!!! I do know it took £300 from my wallet and sounds awesome. I'll get some pics up when it's light. I had to get from the cat to the back box made up for me becasue apparently its gotta be that way as it's not a turbo. I'm not bothered if i got had off like as it's the outcome i wanted, so i'm happy lol. Cheers for the help! Bongo.

well thanks for the replies. As i said before i'm a bmxer, and so i do use a lot of othe rforums, and i have to say that going off this, this could well be one of te best forums as far as people go. So cheers. (i will be getting a turbo in the future i reckon, but i'm only 23 so for now, this is perfect. i'm no boy racer, i simply love the looks. So its my first post on here, after buying my first impreza yesterday... It's a dream come true. I have wanted one since 1997 when i was 14 when i bought V rally on the PS1. Not for the speed, just the way they look. I bought a Bug eye 52 reg scooby yesterday. I got the sportswago as i ride bmx and need 3 bikes in the back etc, and fish a lot. Also i didn't get the turbo. It's the 2.0 GX AWD. Basically. It looks how i want it to look and i'm happy. I don't want more speed as then i need to tell the insurance etc as i want to be legal and not take any risks (i know people will say to keep quiet etc etc but i ain't goin for induction kits). I am however getting a new exhasut from the cat back tomorrow and just gonna say (if anything happens) that how the **** should i know its not standard, it was on when i go tithe car... I am getting some kind of back box for a turbo impreza and he is then fabricating some stuf??!! to make it all work basically!! (apologies for not being too knowledgable!) So to the questions... is there any way of knowing the sound of an exhaust before putting it on, as in, how do i know which one to choose so its not stupidly loud? Or is it not really an option to know? And also, would a replacement air filter, but not a £3 one, like a k&n replacement for example, do anything when it comes to the sound of the engine??? Sorry for the essay, as i say, first post and first scoob, so been reading a lot on here and want to learn and ask a lot too! Cheers, John.
