Thanks for the warm welcome guy's, Still none the wiser about underbody protection though. I am already aware of all the other points in the other thread though. I got the supplying dealer to throw in a CAT 1 Sigma alarm as part of the deal and can get a RAC Trackstar fitted with 1 years free subs for £399. Perhaps someone on here who has a Euro STI from Malta can have a look under their car and see if it is undersealed and post a comment. I plan on keeping the car for at least 3 years and moddify it during that time so I am a little concerned about underbody protection. I suppose if no-one can give me a definate answer to this then I will have to wait and take a look when it arrives. Anyone know of anywhere in the Sheffield area that can apply this stuff and obviously do a good job. Chris.

Hi all, This is my first post since joining the forum. I have a question for all you knowledgeable people, I get my new euro import STI at the end of the month and would like to know whether it will come with the same underbody protection as a UK car. My local Subaru dealer seems to think not but someone over on Scoobynet says that all european cars are the same. Not sure myself but the car is coming from Malta and the climate is obviously a lot warmer and drier than ours. If there is anyone on here that has first hand knowledge of this I would appreciate their input. Thanks, Chris.
