Hi all and hope everyone is well. I have a few puzzlers that I need help with. Does anyone know if the rear lights on a 94 model SW are the same as the saloon? Also I dont appear to have any power going to the tailgate on my SW, i.e. Window wiper, brake light, washer. Does anyone have any idea where there may be a multi-plug connection that leads to this. I have checked fuses and this appears to all be fine so I can only assume that previous owner has disconnected it for some reason but would not know where to begin looking. Where is the cheapest place to buy Toyo tyres? I live in MK so the closer the better. Many Thanks in advance. Squidges-Dad

Thank you for that. I have got the harness which links in to the ignition system and am just stuck on the other wires. If I remember rightly there is a red, black and grey. Any ideas or suggestions?

I recently acquired an HKS Turbo Timer and now need some form of instruction on how to fit it. Does anyone know of anywhere on the net where I can find aforementioned instructions or better still does anyone have a wiring diagram they can send me? Many Thanks Glyn

I have checked tyre sizes and they are 215's so they should not rub. Its a bit odd as its not all the time, like I said only at low speed.

Could anyone possibly put up a photo of how its meant to look with the dump Valve on? As it stands there are three pipes that have been butchered, I know the dump valve would fit on one but what typically happens to the other two? A couple of other things, the car has had a bigger brake conversion and now has 17" wheels on the front, they seem to rub when turning at slow speed, any ideas? What is the biggest wheel that you can get on the front without rubbing or modification. The car is badged as an STi with pink stickers on side, front and back. STi seats. The strut brace has pink mounts and there is a plate on the top of the suspension, drivers side detailing 107/200. Any ideas as to what this is to do with? The water spray button to left of steering wheel, should this light up or do anything? Do I need to be pressing it on at any time? Told you I was an amateur! Many Thanks guys.

OK, I have just got the car home. Something the guy did point out that someone had done inside the engine bay was pipework issues. Im hoping that the photo should be below. But I dont understand whats been done and again any pros and cons. I also need tofind out the quickest way of fixing this situation as well. You can see in the first photo that three of the pipes have been cut back and capped off. Any ideas why and what problems will it cause me. I know it hasnt been done properly with that big bolt in the top of one.

Another silly question gents, Which Dump Valve? Theres ones that go psssshhhhh, ones that chirp. I just dont know the pros and cons with any of them, any reliability queries. I remember when I was younger I had an RS Turbo and fitted a Bailey Dump valve. Ive looked round the net and see there is Bailey, HKS, Blitz. Which is best? And do I need to change any hoses in order to fit the thing? I had to buy a set of Samco hoses in order to fit the Bailey to the old RS. Anyone know what sort of boost pressure the car SHOULD be running. Sorry andonce again thanks.

I know its definitely a jap one. Just leaving now. What I know of it is that its apparently a 94 import, sportwagon wrx sti. To date it has had the exhaust changed and a boost gauge pod on the A pillar.

Cheers gents, no messing about when it comes to receiving replies to queries then. Hoping to pick up a 94 plate 2moro. Already thinking about modifications but dont want to go over the top.

Evening people, I am trying to find out various bits of information regarding 94 plate sti sportwagon. I have been told that they did a limited edition of this, anyone know whether this is true or where I may be able tofind out? Also Dump valves, do they increase fuel costs in any way? Soft brakes, after a good blast the first time you go to brake your foot just drops to the floor, was this a common problem does anyone know? Many Thanks
