You could class that as to basic thus defeating the point. If the format was defined well enough then it could add value to the list. What about MY Code, Model, Market. ie. MY03 STI JDM MY97 WRX JDM MY07 STI UK MY99 WRX UK MY01 WRX UK Yes i know we could argue what about PPP but they are just mods to the car, or what about specials like the 22B and the P1 but they are STI's at heart. Also yes I know there was no WRX in the UK pre 01 but its a lot neater than writing Turbo 2000. Thoughts?

yes!!! or it was. Started of course after i'd filled up this morning but I made it on the way back.

Have to say I'm quite happy with that. Now what else can I do that doesn't involve me saving for a remap? hmm.

Let me make sure I have got this right. Step 1. Get to Crail. Check Step 2. Set new PB. Check Step 3. Get home again. Check WOHO!! Didn't break anything on the car this time. Indeed it was a good day out. Weather held out as long as it could and the wind was good for the intercoolers at least. Have to say based on the drive up I wasn't hoping for much but turned out well. First run for me turned out to be my best. 13.58 seconds. Defiantly got a damn near perfect launch on it. My 60 foot time was always worse after that. And then the run home was a good blast as always with a stop back at old inns to enjoy a tank of V-power at Unleaded prices. If you haven't been yet you should go. It's just fun.

today is more about humping vw, next time they go for the rocket.
-
correct. shell have our business sown up so to speak.
-
yeah 8am is about right, last time we met at 7 we were there before the timing gear was ready and the ambulance crew hadn't arrived
-
the weather these days tends to be ok in the morning and then horrible by mid afternoon. The drive there and back is half the fun anyway.

cough 'bolt' cough []

actually at the advertised £2.50 on BP's FAQ a 50 litre fill up (which is about normal for me) should have cost £125, not the 80 stated above. btw did you rest the ecu to learn the higher fuel grade quicker?
-
i dont think you'll have a problem with the pb mate. looking forward to seeing this one sunday. top job from all involved. so when you fitting co2 then? btw mind towing mine down the track so I can beat my bp while your there? lol
-
well at least someone was mad enough to try it for us. 80 sounds a bit off though. what price was it?
-
Can get these for classic models for £140 right now from scoobyparts.
-
lol remember the post button does not mean send it to us all word at a time.
-
If its anything like that last few times ive been with cyp_rock and fai 17 then we aim to be there for 9am lol
-
oh well not mapped, got to give some of the vw's a win though lol

1. Jodie typeRA MY92RA. 260/270 bhp 2. Fai17 MY04STI Type UK 400bhp 3. GaryD MY02STI Type UK 330bhp 4. Nanaki MY00 Turbo 2000 215bhp Well 215 is the stock figure and I haven't changed that much. Anyone care to hazard a guess at what a Ninja II backbox, Magnex decat centre and a TSL Green Filter would add to that if anything? My best is a 13.72 but anything under 14 is a good run. Of course this is all on the basis that I get the car back from S&S as it goes in Monday to get rest of the gearbox bearings replaced.
-
damn, they hid that bit well within the faq lol, octane booster it is then.
-
Anyone know of this stuff? Only just found out about it. Only available in very few locations right now but presumably this would be the fuel for those with imports if they did roll it out across more of the uk? http://www.bp.com/genericsection.do?categoryId=6621&contentId=7017179

Had heard that someone had got pulled over. Could have been a lot worse than you got mate. One of the risks that comes with the happy pedal. Still you'll be back for the next one I hope.
-
im afraid you have to butcher the car to fit the unit. you need to remove the pocket section completely. psi3 have pdf instructions on there website mate as well as a manual and all the error codes. you might want to go and download them and have a read.
-
Ah another victim. See those two things mentioned above... they dont mix very well lol. Spend even a few days on these forums and you'll have the modding bug. Anyway welcome mate and get some pics up.
-
Ah of course! Common people more pics and stories!!!
-
I believe Caitlin is going to be in charge of that during the runs!
