Have a newage WRX and got a Turbosmart Vee Port fitted about 2 months ago, it was fine for about a month, nice "Pshhhhhh" coming from it, but lately all that comes from it now is a feeble pfffffft, more like a burble hiss than anything else and sounds really lame, anyone know what might be the problem? I don't know if these things need lubricated on a regular basis or not.? P.S - Forgot to mention, if i turn the "screwing body" there is no difference what so ever in enging revs when running idle, don't know if this is of any relevance or not. Cheers...

Hi Jonn, I would not say as such that it holds back, you notice it more driving about the town in 3rd/4th gear, you dont really notice it at higher speeds, only during slower speeds is it more noticeable. [] Cheers..

Last week the orange water light came on, it was "reset" but since then the performance of my car has deteriorated, really slow on the uptake, heavily drinking fuel (1/4 tank on 10 mile trip!!) and backfiring slightly, don’t know if it is still in "Safe Mode". Having not been a Scooby owner for very long (less than a week), and not knowing a lot about the cars, was looking for some advice on what could be the problem?
