  3. Not Long got the car back from SW Motorsport and decided to strech the legs on the WL.. so decided to take it a small run through to the Extreme Motorsport, as i wanted a true run on the dyno to see what she was kicking out the car was mapped to 1.9 by Andy F and decided to turn it down due to weather and road conditions so just to see where she was so was turned down to 1.6 max... the results Car was Dynoed max 1.62 bar Maximum Power - Wheels 466.6 bhp @ 6,809 rpm Maximum Power- Engine 548.9 bhp @ 6,831 rpm Maximum Torque 437.0 lbft @ 6,036 rpm On the results i would say i was happy on the Graphs then Paul said the Turbo was being strangled and should of turned the boost back up to get a true result , said the car was well over the 600 if was running the 1.9 bar ... decided to keep the boost as it was as was playing safe...did question about the Torque ??? should be simlar ??will get back to you when get answer.. So looking forward to the next phase more power and more torque lol March here we come .. Skylines be aware Cheers Chris

  7. Hey Mark cheers for the comments unique is what im about, no point of us being the same now are they he he, im glad that some people are getting there finger out as there is so much you can do with thease cars now, i also do appreciate how expensive it is and for the average joe blogs to reach big power requires a few bob... saving have took a hammering I've had to sacrafise a holiday last year, sick of the sun working in it most of the year so was happy the wife wasnt tho..oops ... To be honest you need people to mod to big power or we would find out what works and what doesn't I take my hat of to many members in SIDC for the attemps to do diffrent things as this is how we all learn so we dont make the same mistakes..and the advise on the site is brilliant.. And hope i get the 10sec 1/4 mile that would put the icing on the cake for me. Just need a decent Driver to achieve this lol Cheers Chris
  8. Well ladies and Gent's thanks very much for all the comments possitive and negative, its been a long 2 years building the car as evey one is aware the ups and downs is unbelievable just when you think it's all right, it all goes all wrong then back to the drawing board, the bodykit is not every ones cup of T and i was a bit wary when i bought it and again the preperation that went into fitting the car was 100 + hours to get all fitting correctly not an easy job and i dont think the bodyshop will do another one after that lol a thanks to Stevie Walker in Bathgate Bodyshop fantastic job. Pics sometimes dont do justice to peoples car only when you see things in the flesh your judgement changes it did when i seen the car in a nut shell i LOVE it.. and a few folk did have a reserve jugdement again each to our own i didnt build the car for any one else lol Also the quality of SW work is outstanding and is always there to help out thanks.. Andy F mapping exellent enough said... Roll on 2010 for its new mods i mean i mean tweeks there is 10 seconds to be had here and there is a few build that has it just now just need the final tweeks to reach it you know who you are folks he he. Peter (fai17) Playsaton2 (Colin) JAC... whos is going to get it first its only a number indeed but know ones hit it yet so close but yet so far DR Motorsport (Dave) will pop up for a chat and a peak at your project and a chin wag indeed.. Mickeyb13 and Big D now now now(EVO) nearly choked on my weetabix swearing is not permitted on this site lol... Thanks all again. Chris.
  9. Colin there is still more in the car my friend, again you have taken away the points to correct yourself for next year, and the car has defo a 10sec in it with no shadow of a doubt, i think taking some air out the tyres and nailing your launch will be all that needs to get there, and a bit of weight loss Crail i believe is one of the hardest 1/4 miles about to get in the 10s due to the launch area and the biggest is the weather. Maby need to head south next year too at least get a better chance even the launch area plays a massive part, as you are aware Crail's is pish and need something done to make it better anyways best of luck for 2010 i enjoyed watching it get thrashed down the straight was impressive indeed.. Chris
  10. I will take the complement highly coming from the man his self , Wife just got the Jap Performance magazine through the door it's got a 5 page spread so well chuffed, and also mentions a thank you to all that gave me advise on the Scottish (SIDC) cheers every one that made me spend half my saving's lol dont know why im thanking you all really lol... And i'll be seeing you again soon for a tweak or two for 2010, im sure you will have a monster in the making just cant wait to see what you have up your sleeve any chance of run down what's in store All the best for next year Andy what ever the plans are Chris

  13. Jase its not harsh at all mate this lad obvisouly thinks that bodykits and afterburner lights are chav mmmm i know a few lads on this site that has bodykits on there cars....so at least there is a few chavs and im not alone phewwwww lol so at least there is only one tosser on the site and a few chavs winner lol
  14. I did indeed say all comments welcolme a Chav mobile lol.. each too our own i guess, do you actually know what you are talking about mate, well if you think its that chav that your opinion, you seem to know alot about chavs, and talk the talk, ive got the minerals to actually do something with the car it cant look that Chav Jap performance liked it lol... let's post your pics up of your's, looking forward to seeing this heavy modified motor un chav you drive.. 18. Hi Dipsy, WL has had lots of Mods since they pics and has a 100bhp more lol, and looking for more ponies in the New year watch this space for the summer... Chris
  19. Hey Dipsy i actually forgot all about it, SW Motorsport (Stevie) mentioned it but i did say to them the car was under mod... so just to leave it, so im not sure if the new mods have been put in as i was still running the MDT31T and the normal set up, that changed since then with the rotated set up bigger injectors uprated cam STI 3heads, cams and GT30/40 Turbo with a few other mods and the car i believe wasn't stripped out so you can correct me if they have put this in the issue he did mention they wanted another shoot with the car, where is the Link for this so i can have a peek...many thanks.. Cheers..
  20. More mods to achieve the 600bhp or over that would be nice please please Santa can you help me.. Chris
