  1. Well after a hard time trying to find some one who would take on my heater matrix replacement i finally got there. Colin at CR Gordon was excellent. Took the job on no probs and did a great job.... unlike AWD who said it would be no problem at first then decided not to take it on as their boss was reluctant to do so (when they could be bothered to phone me back that is), I recommend any one with jobs to be done on their car to give Colin at CR Gordon a call as he was very sound and very reasonably priced.
  2. Hello all. I need help, i have a European Import 98 plate with a busted heater matrix. A couple of guys (non Subaru experinced though) have taken a look at it but due to it being converted to right hand drive they're baffled. Does anyone know how to do this job or know of anywhere in the central (or near) area where i can get this done? Any info or help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.
  3. Just got the car over a month ago. Euro turbo 2000 converted to right hand drive. it came with a few mods Jun Splitter HKS Induction Dump Valve (has to be replaced for a louder toooshy one tho) Custom exhaust that i dont particularly like since i cant change the down pipe as it's all welded together. The whole thing will go shortly tho. Wheels will be the next thing on the list and then the exhaust will be gettin changed.[]
  4. Hello Light how's it goin? Thanks for replying. What is Air Lock? Air caught in the cooling system?
  5. Hello Has any experienced their soob overheating? I need a new heater matrix for mine so i was thinking this may be the cause but untill yesterday ther car's been fine. I topped up the coolant today but it's still ocver heating. Is the matrix the cause or could it be something else?
  6. Cheers for that folks. Bigbadboad, if you could put that pic up that would be great. I had a bash at lookin for the sensor and main box so i could see if there any way of turning down the sensitivity but since i dont have the first clue what that even looks like i thought better of it. I agree with every one that the Toad alarm works great, in fact i'd say mine works just that little bit too great. Cheers again []
  7. Hello All Back from the hol's. [] Haven't got pics of my soob yet but am on the case, has anyone got pics of their's? Does anyone have a Toad Alarm fitted to their car? Mine goes off when you walk past it, it's windy, drizzle or even if a fly lands on it. Can i do some thing to fix this myself (other than rip the speaker out) or would i have to take it to a Toad specialist?
  8. Cheers folkes Glad to be aboard. Has anyoe got any pics of thier beasts? My b lookin for a few ideas. If you know what i mean [] Lookin forward to goin to the central meet, have to wait to get back from the hols though.
