  1. should i fit an induction kit or panel filter to my 03 wrx. i ask this question as i fitted a k+n induction kit to my 99 turbo and it seemed to confuse the car(ie irregular revs at tickover) and i dont want this to happen again.[:S]
  2. please can someone tell me what bhp a standard 03 wrx has. thanx
  3. thanks for your help.i have had a sleepness night thinking about it. i rang the dvla this morning and they have the car down as an impreza wrx turbo so that will do for me. as for the insurance i got a quote off "morethan" on the intenet but when i rung them he couldnot find the right model. he said the bugeyes were made till 2003 and the facelift model in 2004 .this cant be right as i have looked at loads of 03 wrx's. "more than" still quoted £550 on the net which i thaught was quite good as my own company wanted £500 just to swap it over for 6 months
  4. as far as i know it is just an 03 wrx but according to insurance co this should be a bug eye model.the car is on tees valley mitsubishi web site and when reg no typed in on internet and on phone it comes up as wrx sti type uk
  5. i have just bought a subaru impreza wrx 03 model from a garage.when i filled in the info on confused.com for insurance quotes the car reg no brings the car up as an impreza wrx sti type uk,does this car exist and why would this happen.also when i phoned "more than" for a quote he couldnt find this model either, help please

  10. hello everyone, i have just decided to buy another sooby after a year without one.i logged back onto this site with a new name as i couldnot remember my old one and i cant believe how excited i am. my old scoob was a my99 classic which was the fantastic.the only thing that worries me is that when i was a youngster i had three xr2s,the first was brilliant the second was ok and the third was crap and i would be devastated if the same thing happens again.are the newer scoobies as good as the older ones. i have just started scouring the subaru dealers for my new pride and joy so i am going to take my time to get the right one as i know exactly what i want ,i am in no rush .[] its great to be back, see you all at next years NBO
