Took my stickers off this afternoon and was in the middle of doing it while the neighbour suggested a bucket of soapy hot water on the windows 1st and I had a little blade which managed fine. AlanK, you'll have great fun in taking off the back sticker I didn't realise it was all separate stickers on the one big sheet hehe. Dougie

Just back from the Lothian's Santa Cruise and was my 1st Santa Cruise and what a great day especially with the weather which was good for us all!!!!! Firstly, want to thank Spooks and Rosie for the organising of a great event! Especially arranging to go to the Sick Kids and the shopping spree which unfortunately I couldnt go due to my leg. Secondly, Thanks to AlanK who decorated my car and put the stickers on my car. (even though they were a bit of from being straight hehe!!!) Thirdly, Thanks to all that helped me with the wheelchair in and out of the car at the hospital and then when we went to get something to eat. Much appreciated. Last but not least was great to meet Scoobyiain and Alison who made it from Montrose. Great day especially to see the kid's faces when Santa (neofox) visited the wards. Definately a great day for us all to be proud of. Sick Kid's Hospital has certainly changed since I was a little boy [] Will post up photos soon. Dougie C

Neil, Tell him not to go to Nationalwide Crash Repair at Loanhead as I had my one of my last car's in to get a bump repaired at the back. When they phoned to say the car was ready I noticed that the bonnet was a little open but didnt think anything of it until I followed my brother Colin home the next day and it was foggy and had my lights on. Anyway it turns out that they had took out the motor on the headlight to put it in another Vauxhall Astra and never replaced mine. Unfortunately that is where my insurance company told me to take it. Sister in law had a scrap along the side of her car and took it to Nobles and they did a good job with good customer service. Dougie
