  2. Mate well done covert Ops, I like it i would break the feckers fingers obviously using minimum force in self defense as he could of attacked you ... you have 1 witness there that seen it... im sick of the attitude of people, hand them over to the Police, that would be all fine and dandy if something was done about these theifs, but nothing happens, he is on you property and in my eyes is a threat..... you should of made him eat the foam a bit harsh tuff..

    Regards

    Chris

  3. Wheels suit the car, good choice.

How often recently have you switched the stereo off, put the window down and dabbed the throttle just to hear the exhaust noise !!! :D

Funny you should mention that but since fitting the exhaust ive never had the stereo on ;)

I'm not sure the neighbours like it when i get in from work at 6am though

  6. Hi mate it's the parts that cost the 1k the labour in fitting will only be about £100 don't take any crep(mis-spelt) from them. as I said in message their was a bad batch of these screens. we (the techguys/dsgi) have replaced loads outwith warrantee because it's a know problem with that model. so it's their problem not yours. the screens are warranteed from there manufacturer for 5 years (not panasonic but who made the pdp screen). Put it in writting to them that you want them to fix at their cost as it's unfit for purpose under the sales of goods act.

    Ed.

Just spoke to them on the fone and because its out of warranty they wont cover all the costs and want an estimate from a qualified engineer and that will incur a callout charge plus they want proof of purchase which i have .

I sent them an e-mail just saying what you told me regarding the sale of goods act and that it should not fail after only one year,so waiting on a reply from them.

  8. I did reply to you mate, I will send it again right now.

redid the important info and sent as a personal message check your inbox.

    Ed.

Got it m8 i was in touch with panasonic and because its out of warranty they may pay for the parts but not the repair costs and he said it could be over 1k so might just get a new one or claim on my house insurance.

  9. I like the name Plasma engineer, makes it sound hi-tec starship enterprise like.

    but onto your problem,

if it's a single thin line about the thickness of a pencil line (1 pixel) it could be,

the address bars, a board known as the logic board. worst case it's the screen. what make and model is it.

pm if needed and I will find out what the part numbers and cost would be approx.

    Ed.

Sent you a message a couple of days ago ed any news on the cost of the repair yet?

    Stevie
