As discussed, ecruze is heading down on Friday and Saturday as some people are working etc but you are more than welcome to come with us so we can pitch up near each other etc.

Time are as follows:

 FRIDAY CONVOY

Meet Location: The Moat -This listed old Roadhouse has been transformed into a high class pub and restaurant. The Moat pub is of Tudor style with oak beams, located on the A20 in the countryside.

Address: London Road, Wrotham, Sevenoakes, Kent TN15 7RR

Meet Time: 3:30pm

Leaving Time: 4:00pm

SATURDAY CONVOY

Who is going along on Friday, and who is going along saturday as im getting a little confused.

I did not know show open on Friday and Im working till 5pm so will miss convoy []

Also has anyone thought about shelter as the forcast is to rain [st]

there will be a convoy on friday and on saturday from the moat the show does not start until saturday but we are being allowed to get on site on fri evening to get set up to save on time on sat  for those whom want to we will be sited next to e cruise so the convoy will be along with e cruisei

have got a gazebo to take and some banners and flags if anyone has any folding chairs it will help

look at the post from wedmonds previous to this to get times of convoys

Thats Cool we will be joining the saturday convoy. Are you taking BBQ as notices in another post that you mentioned was taking one, We got a couple of disposable ones from last years show but TBH they are not good for cooking we ended up using them as campfire to keep warm! If someone bringing a proper one we will bring some food to share []

We got some little fold up camp tables but only 2 fold up chairs but we will get some more to bring along.

i think steve was lookin into the bbq i will bring my petrol stove for tea an i was gonna bring my gas cooker but not sure if can get before the show now an as you said throw away ones are bit useless

Although its nice that my kids team always makes the finals, [Y] its an achilles heel, as you have to stay to the very end. [:'(]

Well must say  tha personally t i was a little dissapointed with the turnout to this event. Not many cars in general,   there was only 5 members from the kent scoobies and 20 ecruze members, none of the torquecars members turned up []but hey we had a laugh anyway [<)]

 Well done to Eureka for winning the award for Best interior [Y]and thank you for organising everything, bringing the BBQ & I thought you made the stand look great with the gazebo and bunting, even if there was only 3 cars on it Lol.

And Well done Dazzlers for winning Best car in Show.[H] Also well done to Dazzler for making it RAIN!everytime you polished your car. [st][um]
