darryl_martin Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 nice one mate im asking cos im thinking of just the center decat, so not 100% sure on how much difference it will sound from just my back box now? dont want a full decat cos i live in a culdisac lol already moaning aty me I had a classic with PPP, then decatted the centre section and sounded a bit better imho. Not necessarily louder but a bit more burbly. A must do imho, it was the first thing I did to my newage, and it certainly wont upset your neighbours. The kind of mod that if you've had the "no more mods or" threat from your other half they may not notice, but if they do it's easy to pass it off as something else lol[]
prodrive tony Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 Yeah centre decat does'nt make to much difference noise wise. I want to decat downpipe but not willing to swap back for every mot. Need a way??
T123VOR Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 Xtremescoobies have a double cat centre pipe which they fit for you to chug and bang to the MOT station - pass emissions chug and bang back - job done no DP hassle
