Selling our house, keeping the car!

Jenni's mum & dad are moving house and we are buying their's which is bigger and is great news  [] but dosn't have a useable garage though [:'(]

It's one of them isn't it, there is always a compromise when doing these things.  The house has everything else, bigger garden, more rooms, more living space, new kitchen, bathroom etc.. but no garage! Well it has half a garage!

Good news is it's 3mins walk from where I live now.  Just need to sell mine now, been on the market for 1 day and already got a viewer today.  I suspect the estate agents send someone round being a cynical person that I sometimes am, to make you have good first impressions.
