changing brake fluid.

thinking of changing the brake fluid in MY03 WRX. looking for any tips/suggestions with regards to draining the fluid. looks like the dot 5.1 is the preferred choice, any particular brand?

any 5.1 fluid will do. Halfrauds sell it..............I think you need 2.5 litres but someone might correct me
