Just back from my easter highland fling....

Hi, had to take a bootlid back to glenburgie subaru today up in forres so thought I would take in the majority of the march highland fling roads.  Had quite a few moments you could say - airborne a couple of times!   Especially on the way upto glenshee - what a difference to the march run i.e no snow, great visibility and bone dry roads.  Was probably travelling 4 times faster than march run in some places too! 

Came back from forres via A940 then took B9007 (Brilliant road! - as shown in 3rd pic)  onto A9 then home to edinburgh.  About 360 miles round trip but was well worth it

cant help doing forres to ganton when ever im up [H] may not be greatest driving road in the uk ever but gives me [].hmmm need sti lights lol

Same here bud, heading home today from Ullapool after a weeks great weather and possibly the best roads in Scotland if not the UK.

 

Ullapool to durness,tongue,lairg,dornoch.

 

All great fun and the pics will follow when i get home.
