Ebay scam watch out guys

Has anybody bought some subaru bits from an ebay user by the name off k17myy he had brembo front brakes and rear brakes, he also hand Sti suspention, seats and a subframe and dash clocks from a 2004 Sti, I bought the front brakes for 370quid  over 10 days ago and still not got them, he said he posted them and gave me a tracking number which was crap as it did not work, just wondering if any of you guys bought any of his stuff, and if so did you receive it, check out the auction he still has on ebay for the subframe http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...p;rd=1&rd=1

 

This guy has just sold all the stuff on ebay and made a few grand , so let me know if you have bought any things from this seller and did you get the stuff, thanks guys

If you paid by paypal, I would get on to them and see about claiming your cash back mate.

Pretty sure they offer insurance on this sort of thing.

you can put a dispute in through Paypal and that will freez his account.

You should have no problems with paypal m8, as I just had to phone them as I ordered something from Ebay and had to phone paypal as the seller said he hadnt received the payment and paypal sent him an email to say that it was in his account.

Auction finished on the 1st March and I finally got it yesterday, which the seller said he had posted it but can't see the postage date on the packaging.
