What do you call the smaller black box thats between the Maf and the engine,got an air box (but not the smaller box) and a grp n tsl panel filter ,want to bin the hks mushroom to put back to standard ish.

I have two air boxes one that came off my first wrx way back when and one Hisoob gave me with the car yesterday,neither appear to be the right yins or I just need to study some engine bay pics to get it right[^o)] OR make up a cold air box for the HKS mushroom job thats been on the car for years (I think,Dougie could confirm).Its running a high boost Prova ecu thats been on the car for years also with no hassles,so dont know what to do?

Any idea if the prova ecu can be mapped ,guessing not as Dougie or Jamie would have had it done!
