Gearbox Compatability ???

Hey Guys / Gals...

 I just ordered a new box from quite a well known company... My Uk box code was TY754VN1AA.. However they sent me a box with code TY754VN2AA -

I gave them a call and they said they knw that they sent me this box as it is out of a 2001 WRX and everything is the same - ratio's - fitment.. Can anyone back this up ??

Cheers for that site.. Im still not sure if they are the same or not because it never listed ratios for my original 1AA box..

Im just abit catious before I got pay quite high labour costs to have it fitted and possibly removed if not correct..
