clutch & gear box ?

ok pretty much strait after i bought my scoob third gear started to crunch a little and has never really got any worse until tonight when 2nd started to crunch as well. could this be down to my clutch needing replaced as the clutch has got nearly nothing left which should be getting replaced at the end of January or is it more than likely to be new gear box time as well.

and could someone tell me how i can find out which box i have.

The crunching may be due to the sync mesh, I had a similar problem when I first bought my Classic so got the gear box rebuilt and a new clutch fitted by T&C and it's now good as new [].
